Powder plastification - Orange peel effect on surface [France]

Hi,

I'm working on a project that tries to decrease the tnickness of PVC plastificated meshes from galvanized wires (diameter 1,5 - 5 mm). For plastification we use the fluid bed.

I would like to know what realy are crutial parametres that influence the thickness of the plastification layer? (I think it could be constant temperature of preheating and cooling of PVC powder at 30°C or less)
