7050T7451 Corrosion Tests [Kansas]

I am having problems with my anodize passing salt spray tests. I would like to get additional info if possible.

1. We have fabricated our test samples our to plate. Is there a difference between running the samples made of extrusion vs plate in this alloy?
2. I have noticed a pattern in the samples after etch and anodize. It is confined to 1 face of the samples. When I run my finger nail over the areas there is a definite hang. Any thoughts on the condition?
