Q. The International Hard Anodizing Association (IHAA) is sponsoring a study of wear testing methods for hardcoating on aluminum. Additional laboratories or in-house facilities capable of performing abrasive wheel testing per ISO-8251 are needed. Please e-mail me if you are interested in participating.

A. The Ion Beam Processing Laboratory at Colorado State University has an abrasive wheel testing machine and we would consider a proposal to participate in the proposed IHAA study.

Hallo there, we have developed a testing instrument for hard anodised coatings on aluminum. we would like to participate with our testing device in the reference test of abrasion behaviour.
